Can anyone recommend alternative banks outside of Spain where someone can move their accounts?

I have received notice from Barclays Bank where I hold several accounts that I must close them and make other banking arrangements. Can anyone inform me of banks outside of Spain where I can move my bank accounts to and have Visa cards etc.
