How good is Lobster mobile service, their banking app and network coverage in Spain?

Hopefully someone here uses Lobster mobile and can answer a couple of questions for me.

Firstly any updates on their service?

Next, I’ve heard that at least one person has had problems using their banking app with a lobster sim? Anyone else had issues? 

Lastly how good a coverage does their network have in Alicante province (we’re inland near Alcoy)
