Question about Spanish health insurance
Spanish health insurance for residency. Do you have to buy a complete year or can you pay monthly?

“I know for Barcelona province you need to pay the whole year upfront. You used to be able to pay monthly, but then because people were cancelling the policy after getting residency they changed the rules.”
