What other bank or money transfer options can you suggest other than Wise and Xoom to make a payment in Spain?

Question

I have to make a payment in Spain. I don’t have accounts here. I tried Wise and Xoom and both cancelled the transactions.  I would like to hear suggestions.

“I use Smart Currency, they assign you your own personal broker so you can fix the rate you want in advance.”
