What other bank or money transfer options can you suggest other than Wise and Xoom to make a payment in Spain?

Question

I have to make a payment in Spain. I don’t have accounts here. I tried Wise and Xoom and both cancelled the transactions.  I would like to hear suggestions.

“I have had no issues with WISE since I started using them seven years ago. Recently transferred CDN$ from my account to my cousin in Toronto. It was not an instant transfer, sent Friday received Monday. I was given a date/time it would be received and she confirmed receipt was as advised.”
