Question
I have seen a post on another group stating that if you have a Spanish NIE the 3 month stay can be extended to 6 months. Can anyone verify this?

“The NIE on your visa is good for 90 day during which most of us get our residency. If your visa expires, you can probably stay as a tourist for a another 90 days although it is a waste of your investment in your visa.”
