In conclusion, according to the responses from members of Spainguru’s NLV Facebook group, it is not possible to show the property you own outside of Spain as sufficient funds for the non lucrative Spain visa. One member clarified that it is only possible to show the property as sufficient funds if you generate income from it by renting it out.
