These are the answers of some Facebook group members:

”Mine took around 2 weeks. I didn’t receive any emails either”

”You won’t receive an email and currently can take 6 weeks. The email will come when it is dispatched”

”Ours took 7 weeks, and another week to arrive in the post”

”We posted ours and received an email to say they have received them and took exactly 15 working days to arrive back. This was last month”

”Me and my husband applied for ours last Wednesday. I received an email yesterday saying they received it he’s had nothing yet”

”I applied last week too but received no email”

In conclusion, according to Spainguru Facebook group members, it seems that not receiving an email confirmation after submitting documents for the ACRO certificate is relatively common. The processing time for the certificate can vary, with some members mentioning it took around 2 to 7 weeks. Emails confirming receipt and dispatch of the certificate may not arrive until the certificate is actually dispatched. In some cases, individuals received an email to acknowledge receipt of their documents and the certificate arrived within 15 working days. Therefore, the lack of an immediate email response shouldn’t necessarily be a cause for concern.
