Question
We are in the UK and I might not have the right info. We are planning to move to Spain ( hopefully this year) does my husband who has British passport and British driving license have to take a driving test in Spain again? I heard there was a deadline last year to convert it, on the other hands that there are talks between UK and Spain to make an agreement, so no sure if it’s something for definite or its up in the air.
