Question
I’m from Croatia and my boyfriend is from Colombia. We have tried to do the non-lucrative visa process for him from Colombia but they are on a vacation and will not be able to finalize his visa on time. Do any of you know if it’s possible for a non EU citizen to obtain that visa from Spain? Any info would be appreciated.
