Question
Recently moved to Málaga from the US. I guess that my 40 years of driving means nothing here so I need to retake the driver’s exam in Spain again. Before I engage with a school, does anyone know if there is a ‘Rules of the Road’ book and if so, where I can get a copy. Can’t seem to find it on-line.

“Driving school… seek a bilingual class one, there are a few with adapted books for language. Advice… cut the “I’m foreign, US, only drive automatics”, etc “crap”. Driving teachers here are trained to exploit issues to keep you as a learner for as long as they can, so the less they can figure it out the better, don´t give them info they will use against you. Clutches and gears are taught until you manage, period. The only difference is on local driving signs colors ,shapes, and miles to km adaptation. Is easy and doable, do not turn it into a drama and you will be fine and spare yourself a good handful of cash, believe me, I know what I’m talking about… Excuse me if I sound patronizing but these buggers really piss me off. Good luck and safe ride, enjoy your stay”
“You’ll have to go through a driving school. No options. These guys are good and bilingual. I’m attending presencial and online theory classes. A big book full of rules, QR videos, examples, explanations and pictures is provided. https://www.gruporuta7.com/”
