Question
If you got them, did you find that having your DMV (The Department or Division of Motor Vehicles) driving record helped in anyway with car insurance in Spain?
Answers
These are the answers of some Facebook group members:
“Nope”
“USAA covers vehicles in Spain”
“You have to get the apostille for them. It will also help when you get your spanish driver’s license so you’re not considered a “novice” driver”
“No, not at all.”
“No, absolutely no bearing on the car insurance here, and everyone had the same one year with the L for Learner plaque in the rear window. Good or bad, it seems everyone starts fresh.”
