Spain Non Lucrative Visa: Bank Statement Requirements for Manchester Applicants

Question

Can anybody who has or is applying for a Spain Non Lucrative Visa in Manchester tell me how many months bank statements are required?

I retired in March this year so only received two pension payments so far. Also, can I show statements on my phone and they print them off or have to be paper copies.

Unfortunately, my bank won’t provide a statement on the day, I’m required to give notice.

“We went on 30th April 2024 they wanted 3 months bank statement I printed the latest off before I went and they accepted it.”

“We’ve been told they just keep 3 months but to take 6 just in case. Will know for sure next Tuesday when we go. I had to use the self service machine in my bank, but have been told that’s fine. Have you an appointment yet?”

“We took 6 months.”

Conclusion

The discussion within the Facebook group suggests that typically three months of bank statements are required for the Spain non lucrative visa application in Manchester, though some applicants choose to bring six months’ worth just in case.

There is an emphasis on having paper copies rather than digital ones, with most members printing these out ahead of their appointments.
