Question about TIE appointment. If I reside in one city, can I attend a different city within the Madrid region for the TIE appointment and fingerprinting?

“Where you go onto the website to book your appointment after you have put your area in it will give you all the options of where you can book an appointment. Press on acceder al procedimiento then choose your province.”
