On May 2nd, I had a spain non lucrative visa appointment at BLS Miami Consulate. On May 6th, I received an email from the consulate requesting additional documents, including my 2023 tax return with all pages and a notarized letter of non-working.
My application was submitted on May 8th and received a text message from BLS. On May 17th, my status was changed to ‘Resuelto’. I emailed the consulate on May 28th and found out that BLS had my passport since May 16th.

The passport was ready 14 days after the initial appointment (from May 2, 2024, to May 16, 2024).
