Upon submitting your request, you will promptly receive a detailed quote for the desired translation in your email inbox. Once you have reviewed and accepted the quote, the payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPay. Thereby initiating the translation process. Kindly ensure that you thoroughly check your emails spam folder to avoid any unforeseen delays.

You will receive your documents translated, physically signed, stamped and digitally signed in your email inbox. In addition, I can also provide you with a printed version if you need it. Printed versions are sent in the mail either through regular post or international shipping companies for an additional fee.

Can a sworn translator apostille a document?

No, apostilles are issued by the authorities of countries who are members of the Hague Apostille Convention. Sworn translators swear that the translation is a complete and accurate version of the original.

How long do translations normally take?

It varies depending on the number of pages and how complicated the document is but, in most cases, it takes between two and seven days. I also offer a short deadline service in case of urgency.

Do you treat documents with confidentiality?

Yes, indeed. Your documents are kept strictly confidential at all times.

Will the translated documents be digitally signed? Should I additionally bring in physical copies of my documents to the Consulate, or will the digital signature suffice?

Yes, my sworn translations are digitally signed with a valid digital signature that is recognized by all authorities, including consulates. Physical documents are not required in most cases.
