Do you know of any Spanish banks that don’t charge you for holding your money?

Last Updated on March 18, 2026 by Bruno Bianchi

Question

Bank issues. I am told that some banks online like ING will charge 10€ monthly if you don’t have a monthly salary or survival government aid. So, if you don’t have regular money coming in they charge you 10€. I wonder if you know of any other Spanish banks that don’t charge you. Is enough trying to survive and trust your savings to a bank without having to be punished. Any opinions on this please guys.
