How can I get NIE number as a Dutch living in the Netherlands. For buying property in Spain. Through the Spain embassy in the Netherlands?

“All the info is on the consulate’s website. You need to get what is unofficially called a “white NIE” as it’s an A4 white piece of paper.”
“For people outside of Spain who want to buy property in Spain there is a special ‘resisdence certificate ‘ your lawyer can apply and get for you. I have the number of a good lawyer let me know if you want their contact.”
“You’ll need a NIE to sign the deed or get a mortgage. It’s easiest to get to the embassy.”
