“They haven’t even processing visas for awhile from what I hear.”

“Originally applied via email June 24 and then sent all hard copies in along with passport July 22 – crickets from the SF Consulate. Absolutely NO communication over the past 2 months.”

“Im also awaiting some response from the SF consulate after emailing them all of our materials back in June.”

“I spoke to a lawyer several weeks ago. She said that all of the SF employees but one quit in April 2022. They were attempting to rehire and were up to three at that time (originally had nine employees). They were focusing on student visas and families with students who needed to be in Spain by the start of the school year. I am hoping that is true and they will begin processing NLV’s in the coming weeks. I hope to have our applications in by the end of next week and we have changed our prospective move date to December.”
