“Does anyone have any tips for getting an appointment for Spain Non Lucrative Visa at the Los Angeles consulate? Holy cow! I didn’t realize this was going to take so long. I tried paying for the appointment but they can’t help. Any suggestions???”

Start the Moving to Spain Hub →“A tip, sign up for an easier appointment, like an NIE appointment now. That will allow you to create an account. You can cancel the appointment later, but when you do find a VISA appointment, booking it goes a lot faster when you already have an account.”
“I went through Los Angeles Consulate. I had the appointment page up on my phone and my computer. I refreshed every 5-15 minutes for 3 days, between the times I wake up until I went to bed.
On the third day, around 6pm, a bunch of appointments were released. Within 30 minutes they were all gone. You have to be diligent.”
