The only hiccup was he insisted the address in Spain had to be on my letter of intent. He allowed me to write it in the notary section. They want an actual address, not just the city you will be in.
I had numerous extra documents I had heard others required; tax returns, proof of sale of house, etc. He did not want any of them.
The total cost was more than I expected. Total fees $311.00. STS fee $3.00; BLS Service fee $20.00; Courier $45.00; Visa Fee $140.00; Prime Time $85.00; SMS $5.00; and Consular Fee $13.00. Now I wait. Hopes this helps others.
