Does anyone know where to find information where it clearly states that after you take your Jura that you become officially Spanish? Even before you get your birth certificate.

“My understanding was that you’re officially Spanish after you do your jura, but the grouchy funcionaria who I did the jura with told me you’re not Spanish until you get your birth certificate, so I’m not sure if there is any official document or anything. But my understanding is that it’s also retroactive to when you got the concedido, so if you need it for something official, you might be able to use the official resolución with your approval and go by that date.”
