These are the answers of some Facebook group members:

”Need to file a police report and do another Huellas (fingerprints) appointment at the Police station.”

”You need to report to the police it’s stolen to get a police report, and then make an appointment to get another TIE. You’ll need to pay tasa again too and complete form 790/012”

”I think it better to keep TIE card safe when not travelling far out… once we lost it, the great Spanish bureaucracy will invite us again. No thanks, Sorry. I already have it enough. I think better if I lose my passport. Renewing my passport is much easier. Having a photo copy of TIE card is safer in a normal outgoing. Buying a new phone is also easier than a reissue of TIE card”

In conclusion, according to Spainguru Facebook group members, to obtain a replacement residency card after losing your wallet, you must file a police report and schedule an appointment for a new card. Provide the necessary documentation, pay any fees, and complete the required forms. Take precautions to avoid future loss. Try to keep your residency card secure and consider having alternative identification as a backup to avoid bureacratic procedures.
