What additional documentation does Houston currently require as housing proof beyond a sworn declaration stating the address in Spain?

”We sent a copy of our lease. I don’t know how recently it has changed-we were approved in April”
”We just finished our NLV and we were required to have the landlords ID, a copy of the lease and a copy of the deed for the Apt! Hope that helps! We just arrived in Altea and adore it. Best wishes”
”Only that required now is the affidavit. If you had at least 3 months of Airbnb booked you could use that address but it’s best to say “short-term rental “ and give an address or say staying with friends at the following address until we find a rental etc”
