Question
Hello, I’m currently in Spain on a tourist visa, and I want to apply for the Spain Digital Nomad Visa (DNV). Is it possible to apply for the Spain Digital Nomad Visa while already in the country, or do I need to return to my home country to apply? Any guidance or personal experiences would be appreciated.

“I would recommend hiring a lawyer or using a relocation service if you’re unsure. They can guide you through the process and ensure everything is done correctly. It’s not mandatory, but it can save you time and stress.”
Conclusion
Applying for the Spain Digital Nomad Visa while already in Spain is possible, as confirmed by several group members.
However, it is critical to apply before your tourist visa expires to avoid legal complications. While the process is similar to applying from your home country, it is always advisable to consult an immigration expert or gestor to ensure you meet all requirements and avoid delays.
Hiring a professional to assist with the application can provide added peace of mind, but it is not a mandatory step. Careful planning and timely submission of your application are essential to making the process smooth and successful.
