Madrid, Seville, Granada, Valencia or Córdoba”

“I saw many special needs and wheelchair bound children in Bilbao yesterday and they were so sweet and smiling. I’m an ESE paraprofessional in Florida. I cried (in happiness) watching children at schools here being free and loved 😊😔”

“I won’t recommend Spain at all. Full of bullying here and they don’t do anything. Maybe Bilbao they are kind of different.”

“I would recommend Valencia as a city. Then you have to find a good public school willing to see to those special needs. Communication with school is key.”
